Nashville Food - Biscuit Love

If you are coming to Nashville for vacation or a special trip, the Gulch is a great spot to visit for delicious dining, shopping, and just walking around a cute area. We found Biscuit Love in this lovely area that we were excited to try out. Biscuit Love is perfect for a quick but good quality breakfast. With that being said, it was not our favorite restaurant set up. We prefer sitting down and ordering through a server, but it was very quick and efficient. The food came extremely fast, faster than drinks actually.

If you are craving some greens in the morning this dish will be for you. This plate is called Lindstrom that includes shaved Brussels Sprouts, hazelnuts, parmesan cheese, lemon vinaigrette, and two poached eggs. The eggs were poached beautifully with the delicious runny egg yolk enhancing the dish's flavor even more. The hazelnuts added a crunchy texture and paired quite nicely with the Brussels Sprouts. They were very light on the parmesan and the lemon vinaigrette made the whole plate very refreshing.

Ed wanted to get right to the point and try a dish with one of their famous biscuits. The biscuit looked much bigger and fluffier in person compared to the picture. Ed said the biscuit was perfect. The sausage gravy was very flavorful, and his eggs were also perfectly cooked! The whole dish tasted great all together!!

They also have fresh squeezed OJ that was unbelievably good! We would definitely go back again and again. The atmosphere is very delightful, and it is a great place to start your day!
