For The Locals - Olney Station Part Two

Olney Station is a relatively newer popular restaurant in Olney, Maryland so we decided to come back to try more menu items! After you finish reading this post, you should go back and find our part one review of Olney Station! The foodie inside of you will be very pleased!

We started our dining experience with their Deviled Eggs appetizer that includes Old Bay seasoning and Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab. (We reviewed this dish in our previous part one review!)

For Courtney's entrée she ordered their Crabcake Sandwich with jumbo lump crabmeat, tomato, lettuce, and a rosemary garlic aioli. The crabcake was huge with great size lump crabmeat; one of the best crabcakes she has ever had. The one from Ed's restaurant is still the best! The rosemary garlic flavor of the aioli was spot on. The bun was incredibly fluffy and slightly crispy. This sandwich was banging! She got a Caesar salad for her side dish that was quite delicious. It comes with shaved parmesan that is her favorite style of parmesan; and the dressing was perfectly creamy and seasoned.

For Ed's entrée he ordered their Turkey Burger that includes a pesto aioli and mozzarella cheese. Ed also got a Caesar salad for his side because we both agree it is actually much better than their fries. The burger had great flavor with the aioli but was still slightly dry,  typical for a turkey burger.  Not anything to get excited about but how exciting can a turkey burger be? Ed recommends one of their beef burgers instead.

Stay tuned… a part three of Olney Station could be coming!
