For The Locals - Ed’s Restaurant

Are you craving a satisfying yet very refreshing dish for lunch on a warm weather day? Ed's restaurant located in Silver Spring, Maryland is the place to go! Their spring and summer menu is out and there are many must-try menu options! 

This was Courtney's lunch today from the restaurant where she got a Toasted Sourdough Sandwich with Jumbo Lump Crab Salad and Avocado. Their crabmeat is truly jumbo and mouthwateringly delicious. The avocado and the vegetables also taste delightfully fresh. The sourdough bread is wonderfully fluffy and perfectly crispy. They even have an extensive side item menu section where you can get seasonal corn on the cob. The corn is slightly sweet, light, and very refreshing. This meal is perfect to keep you full but still feel light to go have a productive day. 

Courtney and Ed both agree a meal is much better when you end it with dessert! A perfect dessert menu option for a beautiful sunny day is their Limoncello Flute. The lemon flavor is strong!
