For The Locals - Ed’s Restaurant

Everyone needs a good sandwich in their day! Ed’s restaurant in Leisure World, Maryland has you covered with fresh and delicious ingredients! Their wide variety menu has a section just for mouthwatering toasted ciabatta bread sandwiches. 

This was Courtney's combo today that included thick cut turkey, avocado, bell pepper, onion, and dunked into lots of creamy ranch. Many people think of turkey as a dry holiday food they just have to get through... not this turkey. This one was perfectly juicy with spot on seasoning. The avocado, peppers, and onion taste delightfully fresh. The ciabatta bread was toasted in a way to leave a wonderful crispy outer texture while the inside of the bread stayed fluffy. Lastly their ranch makes everything heavenly!
