Nashville Food - Luke’s 32 Bridge
Courtney’s absolute favorite singer is Luke Bryan, so we needed to come eat at his bar and restaurant on Broadway Street!
We started with their Nashville Hot Chicken Bites Appetizer with extra ranch. We both really enjoyed these. The chicken to breading ratio was just how we like it. Courtney has a pretty low spice tolerance, but she thought these were the perfect heat level. The ranch was also a gamechanger. We used to think Wingstop had the best ranch but this one actually topped it!
For Ed's entree he ordered their Prime Top Sirloin that included a 10-oz prime sirloin, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, the seasonal vegetable, steak butter, and a demi-glaze. The mashed potatoes were flavorful. The sirloin steak was cooked properly and seasoned great, but it is simply a tough cut of beef. Their steak butter was the perfect topping.
For Courtney's entree she ordered their Wedge Salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, onions, organic egg, and ranch. The chicken was slightly dry and not the best Courtney has ever eaten but anything coated in that creamy mouthwatering ranch will be amazing. The veggies tasted nicely fresh which was a delightful pairing with heavier bar food.
Overall, Luke's 32 Bridge will definitely be on the list of our favorite restaurants on Broadway Street. And of course, Ed had to try Luke Bryan's own beer called Two Lane. Ed said that was one quality beer!
They also have a gift shop in the restaurant that donates to Luke's favorite charity which is another great reason to visit this place!
