Courtney’s Recipes - Lemon Pepper Parmesan Chicken Wrap
Ah yes... more lemon pepper recipes! You can seriously make highly flavorful delicious dishes with super simple ingredients and steps! Here is Courtney's Lemon Pepper Parmesan Chicken Wrap. Courtney made hers warm with a crispy outer layer with an air fryer but this recipe is also delicious served cold.
Ingredients -
Chicken (Courtney used a thinly cut chicken breast)
Ranch Dressing
Parmesan Cheese
Mixed Greens
Tortilla
Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Lemon Juice
Garlic Salt and Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil
Cooking -
Drizzle your chicken with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. (You could also squeeze lemon juice on your chicken for extra flavor) Next Courtney grilled her chicken in an air fryer but you could also pan-sear it.
On a plate put down your tortilla and lay mixed greens on top in the center. Drizzle ranch and parmesan cheese on top. (as much as you desire!) Squeeze lots of lemon juice on top as well and season with garlic salt. When your chicken is finished cooking, cut it up into bite size pieces and place on top.
Tightly wrap up your tortilla.
If you are cooking your completed wrap in an air fryer -
Drizzle more olive oil on the outer part and season with lemon pepper and Italian Seasoning. Cook on the air crisp setting for about 5-7 minutes.
